23 face charges in Lycoming County

Twenty-two people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:

• Kyle Horn, 27, of State College; city police; felony theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly having in his possession a stolen car in the 700 block of Washington Boulevard early Tuesday morning; jailed in lieu of $25,000; the vehicle is owned by Kevin Pollock Volvo Cars in Pittston, police said.

• Andrew Vazile, 38, of 125 King St., Hughesville; state police; strangulation, simple assault and harassment for allegedly grabbing a woman by the neck and throwing her to the ground at his Wolf Township home on Sunday; victim not identified in court papers; initially jailed, but now free on $5,000 bail.

• Ashley Titman, 32, of 1310 Almond St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver one bag of heroin at 819 Park Ave. on Aug. 26 and possession of six envelopes of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1300 block of Almond Street on Sept. 21; jailed in lieu of $35,000 bail.

• Kevin Johnson, 27, of 706 Funston Ave.; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession with intent to deliver heroin and cocaine in the 600 block of Grace Street on Aug. 20 and possession with intent to deliver heroin and oxycodone at West Fourth and Arch streets on Aug. 27; plus related drug charges; jailed in lieu of $125,000 bail.

• Tara Sunday, 32, of 140 Bittner Park Road, Trout Run; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his home in Lewis Township on Aug. 24; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Anthony Benson, 57, of 1109 Franklin St.; city police; theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $100 from a tip jar on a counter at the China Royal Restaurant, 418 Washington Blvd., in early August; released on $5,000 bail.

• Brooke Jo Deshong, 27, of 1724 Four Mile Drive; and Naja House, 28, of 1630 Catherine St.; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; conspiracy to deliver heroin and possession of a bundle (10 bags) of heroin stemming from an alleged drug sale that occurred at House’s home on Aug. 1; Deshone faces an additional possession with intent to deliver charge and other drug-related offenses; she was jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail; House, who told the judge at her arraignment “I had nothing to do with this,” was jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.

• Karen Mayo, 68, of 445 Route 87, Montoursville; state police; misdemeanor shoplifting for allegedly trying to steal merchandise from $5 Below, 360 S. Lycoming Mall Road, Muncy Township, on July 30; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Gage Crawford, 21, of 531 Pepper St., Muncy; state police; DUI and careless driving following a crash in the 4800 block of Clarkstown Road in Muncy Creek Township on July 30; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Dalton Mazzante, 25, of 432 Spruce St., Montoursville; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his home on July 28; released on $5,000 bail.

• John Marcusky, 26, of 424 S. Howard St., South Williamsport; Old Lycoming Township police; DUI, speeding and driving with a suspended license in the 2600 block of Route 15 on July 25; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Kenneth Williamson, 52, of 617 Green St.; city police; theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly taking an unknown amount of cash (tip money) from a table at the Bullfrog, 229 W. Fourth St., on July 8; jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.

• Terra Bertin, 31, of 844 Railroad St., Jersey Shore; city police; possession of three lorazepam pills without a prescription at Park Avenue and Spruce Street on June 23; released on $5,000 bail.

• Chadwick Moriarty, 30, of 310 S. Lincoln Ave., Jersey Shore; city police; possession of oxycodone at Third and Market streets on June 18; jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.

• Kevin Lucas, 40, of 1328 Jordan Ave., Montoursville; Montoursville police; DUI and careless driving in the 700 block of Fairview Drive on June 16; released on $5,000 bail.

• Dominick Boccio, 30, of 900 High St.; city police; possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of Second Avenue on May 22; jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.

• Stephen Hunter, 31, of 457 Market St., South Williamsport; city police; DUI and driving with a suspended license following a crash in the 2300 block of Linn Street on May 19; released on $5,000 bail.

• Steven Farver Jr., 26, of 1442 Route 239, Unityville; state police; DUI following crash in the 800 block of Moreland Baptist Road in Jordan Township on May 12; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Joseph Dell, 42, of 530 E. Central Ave., South Williamsport; South Williamsport police; DUI and careless driving at East Second Avenue and Fleming Street on April 27; released on $5,000 bail.

• Myles Cunningham, 28, of 34 Washington Blvd.; city police; tampering with evidence, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly swallowing multiple bags of suspected heroin at High and Locust streets on Dec. 24, 2017; released on $5,000 bail.

• Contractor Nicholas Brown, 31, of 3545 Lycoming Creek Road; Old Lycoming Township police; home improvement fraud, theft by deception and receiving stolen property for allegedly failing to meet his end of a contract to complete the installation of a new fence and a concrete pad for Brett Hofstrom’s home at 187 English Hill Road in Lycoming Township after Hofstrom put down $8,313 for the $11,800 project in mid-October 2017; initially jailed, but free on $25,000 bail; township police said Brown has been arrested several times with the same charges throughout Lycoming and Berks counties.
