14 face charges in Tioga County

WELLSBORO — Fourteen individuals recently were sentenced in Tioga County Courts. They are as follows:

Sentenced to state prison:

• Brandon L. Fuller, 30, of Westfield, 12 to 48 months with 99 days credit for endangering the welfare of a child.

• Philip C. Brooks, 35, of Williamsport, 48 months to 96 months for illegal possession of a firearm.

• Thomas H. Morgan, 55, of Lewisberry, 18 months to 60 months and $1,500 fine for driving under the influence.

County Prison:

• Damein R. McCaslin, 24, of Westfield, 90 days, a $150 fine and $585 restitution for forgery.

• Mark E. Tuttle, 40, of Westfield, 12 months for disorderly conduct.

• Austin W. King, 22, of Wellsboro, four months for burglary.

• Brian L. Meise, 20, of Westfield, 45 days to 12 months and 48 days credit for use of drug paraphernalia.

• Cecil G. Cooper, 44, of Indiana, five days to six months for driving under the influence and careless driving.

• Gerald P. Haus II, 27, of Westfield, 72 hours to six months and a $1,000 fine for driving under the influence.

• Barbara A. Shoemaker, 27, of Harrisburg, nine months and a $1,000 fine for aggravated assault.

• Joshua Hughes, 34, of Elkland, 33 days to 15 months for simple assault.

Probation:

• Tyler K. Confer, 25, of Wellsboro, 90 days for harassment.

• Michael A. McCaulley, 23 of Liberty, 24 months and a $200 fine for driving under the influence.

• Michael B. Stinger II, of Tioga, 15 months and a $50 fine for resisting arrest.
