34 recently sentenced in Lycoming County Court

Thirty-four individuals recently were sentenced in the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Six were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Rasheed Bond, 31, of South Williamsport, 12 to 30 months, 12 months probation and $100 fine for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Paula M. Taylor, 52, of Olyphant, 12 to 24 months, for false medical assistance claim and tampering with public records.

• Charles Jenkins, 46, of Muncy, 17 to 34 years for rape of a child.

• Matthew E. Smith, 29, of Rockview State Correctional Institution, 18 to 36 months for possession with intent to deliver.

• Ronald L. Webb, of Lycoming County Prison, 12 to 84 months for indecent assault and corruption of minors.

• Austin E. Grossnick II, 30, of Lycoming County Prison, 12 to 60 months for fleeing, possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and tampering with evidence.

Eleven were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Terrance R. Coombs, 41, of Williamsport, 11 to 24 months, 36 months probation and 50 hours community service for possession of a firearm.

• Earl F. McGuire IV, 25, (no address) 90 days to 12 months, $1,500 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.

• Joseph M. Emrick, 37, of Williamsport, 72 hours to six months, 12 months probation, $1,200 in fines, 50 hours community service, and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Derek J. Puzak, 25, of Jersey Shore, nine to 24 months, 24 months probation, 50 hours community service and drug and alcohol assessment for aggravated assault.

• Kalese Brazzley, 41, of Williamsport, 10 to 25 days for false identification.

• Leanne M. Applegate, 34, of Williamsport, 11 to 23 months, 36 months probation and 50 hours community service for possession of firearm.

• Christopher J. Crouse, 25, of Pompano Beach, Fla., 72 hours to six months for DUI.

• Victor E. Taylor, of Williamsport, 12 to 24 months and 48 months probation for possession with intent to deliver and simple assault.

• Caleb A. Lazorka, 18, of Williamsport, six months for simple assault and criminal mischief.

• Steven R. Kieffer, 43, of Landsford, two to four days for bad checks.

• Alishia Askins, 22, of Williamsport, five days to six months, $800 in fines and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI.

Seven were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Gail Rizzo, 67, of Williamsport, six months, 50 hours community service and electronic monitoring for DUI.

• Marion Lehman, 54, of Cogan Station, six months, $1,100 in fines and 50 hours community service for DUI and driving while under suspension.

• Jonaesha A. Smith, 28, of Hughesville, six months, $750 fine, 50 hours community service, and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI.

• Travis N. Phillips, 39, of Linden, 60 months, $1,500 fine, 100 hours community service and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI.

• Earl Finzel, of Renovo, six months, $750 fine, 50 hours community service, and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI.

• William S. Finkler, of Hughesville, 12 months and $25 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Marley L. Elkins, 31, of Newfield, N.Y., 36 months, 12 months probation, 100 hours community service, $2,000 fine, and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI, driving with child in car and recklessly endangering another person.

Eight were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Nadine M. Bryan, 42, of Williamsport, six months, 50 hours community service and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI.

• Evan A. Engdahl, 27, of Montoursville, 6 months, 50 hours community service and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI.

• Andrew A. Soboleski, 28, of South Williamsport, six months, $300 fine, 50 hours community service, and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI.

• Cynthia Cormier, 43, of Williamsport, 12 months for harassment.

• Grant M. Long, 35, of Jersey Shore, six months for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

• Javona R. Bateman, 20, of Linden, six months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Briana E. Bowes, 20, of New Cumberland, 12 months for theft.

• Rebecca Smith, 46, of Muncy, six months and $300 fine for DUI.

Two were fined. They are:

• Selena A. Route, 21, of Trout Run, $500 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• William W. Shepherd, 57, of Aberdeen, Md., $1,000 for possession of a small amount of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
