20 sentenced in Lycoming County
Twenty individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.
One person was sentenced to state prison. He is:
• Husain T. Butler, 21, of Williamsport, six to 12 months for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to sell.
Nine people were sentenced to county prison. They are:
• Hakiem K. Price, 32, of Williamsport, six to 24 months minus a day and a $75 fine for simple assault.
• Casey N. Wilson, 22, of Williamsport, six to 12 months for two counts of retail theft.
• Michelle L. Williams, 22, of Williamsport, six to 12 months and 36 months of probation for theft by unlawful taking.
• Marcus E. Singleton, 24, of Williamsport, six to 12 months for possession of a controlled substance.
• Toby L. Swan, 44, of Jersey Shore, 30 to 60 days for possession of a controlled substance.
• Kenneth M. Littlejohn, 52, of Williamsport, 20 days to six months and a $1,300 fine for two counts of DUI.
• Rebecca L. Peters, 40, of Jersey Shore, three days to six months for simple assault.
• Brian L. Lomison, 54, of Williamsport, 10 to 22 days for simple assault.
• Jade G. Babcock, 48, of Montoursville, 15 to 30 days for terroristic threats.
Eight people were sentenced to probation. They are:
• Anissa H. Andrews, 19, of Philadelphia, 12 months for defiant trespassing.
• Austin D. Robertson, 25, of Williamsport, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Akia L. Wheeler, 24, of Williamsport, 12 months for theft.
• Jonah Lefever, 37, of Williamsport, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Alena K. Willits, 25, of Williamsport, 24 months and a $50 fine for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
• Darva R. Moore, 22, of Williamsport, six months for retail theft and defiant trespassing.
• Kristen R. Bennet, 34, of Williamsport, 24 months for possession of a controlled substance and retail theft.
• Jackie L. Cooper, 24, of Williamsport, 12 months for giving false identification.
Two people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:
• Janel L. Kline, 40, of Williamsport, three to 15 months for two counts of possession of a loaded firearm without a license.
• Coleen G. Slocum, 53, of Williamsport, one week to six months for DUI.
