21 people charged with various offenses

Twenty one-people have been charged with various criminal offenses. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:

• Bradford Clement, 59, of 341 Yeagle Road, Montoursville; state police; stalking, disorderly conduct and harassment for allegedly stalking Mary Mannotti in the parking lot of the Loyalsock Valley Elementary School in the 3700 block of Route 87 last Thursday; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

• Rahshaan Goines Jr., 18, of 830 Park Ave.; city police; robbery and assault-related charges for allegedly demanding money from a man and then punching him several times in the face when the victim pushed him away and West Fourth Street and Seventh Avenue on Thursday night; jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail; a 14-year-old boy who conspired in the robbery was arrested and placed in a detention center.

• Cynthia Betar, 60, of 617 Green St.; city police; theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing change from a a vehicle in the 400 block of Locust St. on Dec. 25; she admitted to taking the change which she used “to support her Mountain Dew addiction,” she told an officer; jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.

• Samuel Harris, 34, of Philadelphia; city police; possession with intent to deliver 30 oxycodone pills, possession with intent to deliver cocaine and related offenses in 2000 block of West Fourth Street on Dec. 20; jailed in lieu of $200,000 bail.

• Seth Baker, 21, of 613 Lehman Drive, Cogan Station; city police; simple assault and disorderly conduct for allegedly assaulting an employee at Imbibe, 321 Pine St., on Dec. 9; released on $20,000 bail.

• Rebecca Peters, 40, of 2837 Route 44, Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; simple assault and harassment for allegedly kicking boyfriend Scott Marshall in the face with a steel toe boot at the Route 44 address on Dec. 9; released on $15,000 bail.

• Skyler Jones, 28, of El Paso, Texas; state police; DUI at West Third and Hepburn streets in the city on Dec. 7; released on $5,000 bail.

• Sean Smith, 54, 641 W. Fourth St.; city police; felony shoplifting and possession of marijuana; he was caught shortly after allegedly stealing merchandise from the Wines and Spirits Store, 449 Hepburn St., on Dec. 6; released on #15,000 bail;

• Adam Worden 40, of 195 Whyne Road, Jersey Shore; Lycoming County Sheriff’s Department; flight to avoid apprehension for allegedly fleeing his home to the Red Roof Inn on Route 15 in South Williamsport on Nov. 27 where he was apprehended and taken into custody; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

• Larry Welch, 60, of 114 Flanders Lane, Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; DUI and disorderly conduct in the 1300 block of Allegheny Street in Jersey Shore on Nov. 23; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Philip Schmeer, 63, of North Wales, Montgomery County; state police; DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding on Route 15 in Lycoming Township on Nov. 23; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Steven Ryder, 29, of 30 Rock Run Road, Ralston; state police; DUI and driving with a suspended license in the 4000 block of Route 14 in Lewis Township on Nov. 17; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Jonathan Tindell, 41, of 1047 Level Corners Road, Linden; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; DUI on Route 220 in Piatt Township on Nov. 4; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Jared Lewis, 19, of Danville, formerly of Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; felony theft, felony receiving stolen property and misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for allegedly stealing Heather Aikey’s car from her home at 405 S. Main St., Jersey Shore, on Sept. 25; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.

• Rachelle Whaley, 38, of 610 Spruce St.; city police; DUI and careless driving following a crash at Seventh and Hepburn street on Sept. 25; released on $5,000 bail.

• Quran Geddy, 23, of 1501 Memorial Ave.’ city police; possession of codeine without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Herdic Street on Sept. 15; released on $7,500 bail.

• Marvin McFarland, 44, of 912 Wayne Ave,; who uses the street name “Swerve,” the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession of with intent to deliver cocaine and related offenses at Arch and Newberry streets in the city on Sept. 13; jailed in lieu of $125,000 bail.

• Ashleigh Schooley, 23, of 635 Campbell St.; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession of 10 bags of heroin outside her home on Sept. 12; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.

• Jye Smith, 31, of 2095 Whitford Ave., South Williamsport; state police; possession with intent to deliver cocaine and related offenses for his alleged involvement in two drugs sales at 325 Market St. in the city in December 2017; jailed in lieu of $95,000 bail.

• Joshua Oman, 29, of Bloomsburg; state police; felony theft for allegedly stealing Adam Crone’s handgun from a cabin at 342 Francis Camp Road in McHenry Township in mid-November 2017; released on $25,0000 bail.

•Amber Mitcheltree, 34, of 963 Market St.; state police; 82 felony counts of forgery and two felony counts each of theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly forging and cashing 41 checks on her mother’s account between late April 2016 and mid-July 2017; the checks, written from Sally Weaver’s account totaled nearly $6,000 and were reportedly stolen from the Harvest Moon Park; released on $95,000 bail.
