Fourteen people charged with crimes

Fourteen people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:

• Khaleef Davis, 18, of Yeadon; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession with intent to deliver heroin and cocaine for his alleged involvement in drug sales on Fairview Terrace in the city’s Newberry neighborhood on Monday and last Thursday, and another drug sale in the 600 block of Grier Street in the city on Jan. 31; jailed in lieu of $150,000 bail.

• Alan Herold, 57, of 399 Herold Road, Jersey Shore; state police; terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment for allegedly striking Jean Herold during a disturbance at the couple’s home in Watson Township on Jan. 21; released on $25,000 bail.

• Motorist Isaiah Leone, 20, 343 Thompson St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; accidents involving damage to attended property (hit-run) after he left the scene of a crash in which his vehicle struck a snowplow in the 200 block of Nichols Run Road in Porter Township on Jan. 13; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Nicole Bergen, 36, of 164 E. Water St., Muncy; state police; terroristic threats and harassment for allegedly sending a threatening text message from her home on Jan. 11 to a 15-year-old male acquaintance that she would “blow up” his home with his family in it; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Motorist Dustin Laubach, 36, of 368 Thompson St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; DUI in the 300 block of Thompson Street in the borough on Jan. 6; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Motorist Grant Long, 35, 410 S. Broad St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; DUI in the 200 block of South Broad Street in the borough on Dec. 22; released on $1,500 bail.

• Motorist Kadeem Holmes, 26, of 355 Main St., Salladasburg; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; DUI and careless driving on Route 287 in Piatt Township on Dec. 9; released on $1,500 bail.

• Motorist Nichole Ohnmeiss, 31, of 219 S. Market St., Muncy; Montgomery police; DUI at Second and Montgomery streets on Feb. 2; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Jeffrey Saar, 21, of 407 Wilson St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; unsworn falsification to authorities and attempted illegal sale of a firearm after allegedly putting down false information on a form he was required to fill out when he attempted to purchase a firearm at National Sporting Goods, 1241 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, on Nov. 19; released on $15,000 bail.

• Tiffany Toner, 36, of 400 S. Broad St. Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; four counts of theft by deception for her alleged actions during a school fundraiser in which she took money from four parents totaling $129 for candy they were purchasing from her in October, but she failed to give them what they paid for, police said; released on $1,500 bail.

• Motorist Robert Dewire, 30, of 680 Second Ave.; city police; DUI and careless driving following a crash at Grimesville and Fox Hollow roads on Oct. 5; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Motorist Sabina Collins, 58, of 528 Meadow Alley, Jersey Shore, Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; DUI and careless driving following a crash in the 900 block of Allegheny Street in the borough on Oct. 3; released on $1,500 bail.

• Steven Hardmon, 27, of 667 Campbell St.; and Capree Elliot, also 27, of 815 Hepburn St.; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; Hardmon faces charges of possession with intent to deliver 0.80 grams of cocaine and related offenses while Elliot has been charged with one count of conspiracy for his alleged involvement in the same sale in the 600 block of Grier Street in the city on Aug. 28; both jailed in lieu of $99,000 bail each.
