Twenty-seven receive sentences

Twenty-six people were recently sentenced in Lycoming County Court.

Three were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Latasha E. Depitte, 27, of Williamsport, 21 to 48 months and drug and alcohol assessment for possession with intent to deliver.

• Christopher W. Levengood, 37, of State Correctional Institution Houtzdale, two to five years and $200 fine for burglary.

• Jeremiah Weed, 32, of State Correctional Institution Camp Hill, nine to 24 months for endangering the welfare of children.

Eleven were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Steven A. Long, 21, of Williamsport, three to six months, $325 fine and 100 hours community service for DUI and careless driving.

• Bruce A. White, 28, of Williamsport, four-and-a-half to nine months for possession of a controlled substance.

• Dennis A. Phillips, 20, of Williamsport, 79 days to 12 months, 48 months probation and drug and alcohol assessment for possession with intent to deliver.

• Calvin S. Spann, 50, of Williamsport, 28 days to 24 months, 24 months probation, drug and alcohol assessment, and anger management for simple assault and disorderly conduct.

• William Nathaniel Silva-Gautier, 19, of Lycoming County Prison, 12 to 24 months, 60 months probation and 50 hours community service for burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

• Jody L. Duet, 37, of Lycoming County Prison, one to two months for receiving stolen property.

• Steven D. Moore III, 29, of Lycoming County Prison, five to 10 days and drug and alcohol assessment for a small amount of drugs.

• Matthew A. Warner, 22, of Sunbury, three to six months for retail theft.

• John P. Morciglio, 53, of Williamsport, three to six months for contempt of Protection From Abuse.

• Matthew A. Warner, 22, of Lycoming County Prison, three to six months for retail theft.

• Emary M. Najdek, 34, of Williamsport, 16 days to 12 months, three years probation, drug and alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for possession with intent to deliver.

Six were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Joshua L. Sanders, 22, of Hughesville, six months and $50 fine for DUI and traffic violations.

• Edgar J. Willits Jr., 60, of Mill Hall, six months, $300 fine, drug and alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for DUI and driving without a license.

• Paul E. Fischer, 55, of Montoursville, six months, $800 in fines, drug and alcohol assessment, and 75 hours community service for DUI and disorderly conduct.

• Lucas R. Agnoni, 32, of Lewisburg, six months, drug and alcohol assessment and 75 hours community service for DUI.

• Beau P. Schemery, 41, of Williamsport, six months, drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours community service for DUI.

• Wade Cooper, 39, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, $2,500 fine and DUI education for DUI and driving under suspension.

Six were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Micahel W. Raup, 31, of Allenwood, six months, drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance.

• Lily A. Dugan, 21, of Williamsport, six months for disorderly conduct.

• Kelsey M. Yost, of Dallas, 12 months, drug and alcohol assessment and 25 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Richard Gonzales, 39, of Montgomery, 18 months, drug and alcohol assessment, anger management, and 25 hours community service for simple assault.

• Shawn M. McCarthy, 29, of Allenwood, 12 months, drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Giovonni P. Davis, 20, of Williamsport, 36 months and 100 hours community service for criminal trespass, theft and theft by unlawful taking.

One was fined. The person is:

• Dareesha Brooks-Alston, 20, of Williamsport, $50 for disorderly conduct.
