29 sentenced in Lycoming County

Twenty-nine people recently were sentenced in Lycoming County Court.

Five were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Richard H. Wheeler, 37, of Lycoming County Prison, 36 to 144 months for arson intent, insurance fraud, and simple assault.

• Neal L. Porter, 55, of Williamsport, 18 to 60 months for delivery of a controlled substance.

• Robert W. Cummings, 39, of Jersey Shore, 18 to 36 months for possession, delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and operating a lab.

• Darian H. Black, 39, of Williamsport, 48 months to eight years for possession with intent to deliver.

• Jeromey A. Drummond, 24, 36 to 72 months for possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility.

Seven were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Harry L. Braihm III, of Clinton County Prison, 15 to 30 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• John K. Nickerson, 40, of Tioga County Prison, 72 hours to six months, $1,000 fine, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for DUI.

• Runell L. Hairston, of Lycoming County Prison, 28 days to 24 months, drug & alcohol assessment, and mental health assessment for recklessly endangering another person.

• Zachary J. Cochran, of South Williamsport, two to 12 months and 50 hours community service for criminal trespass.

• Nicholas S. Heisley, 30, of Williamsport, three-and-a-half month to 12 months, $800 in fines, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct, unauthorized used of a vehicle, and DUI.

• Rasheed Y. Howard, 36, of South Williamsport, 100 to 363 days and 12 months probation for fleeing and eluding.

• Keith E. Sherwood, 29, of Hughesville, three to six months for possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

Six were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Karrie A. Hickman, 25, of Williamsport, six months, $300 fine, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for DUI and careless driving.

• Lauren M. Woodring, 29, of Jersey Shore, six months, $1,025 in fines, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for DUI and turn signal violation.

• John R. Marcusky, 26, of Trout Run, six months, $1,250 in fines, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Sebrina D. Richards, 24, of Jersey Shore, 180 days of electronic monitoring, $1,525 in fines, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for DUI.

• Jon-Wesley Guthrie, 34, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, $2,500 in fines, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and 75 hours community service for DUI.

• Grant D. Eichenlaub, 61, of Montgomery, electronic monitoring, $2,500 in fines, DUI education, and drug & alcohol assessment for DUI.

Nine were sentenced to probation. They are:

• David H. Henderson, 33, of Williamsport, 12 months, $150 fine, and 50 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance.

• Nicholas T. Lovell, 29, of Tioga, 24 months, drug & alcohol assessment, and 25 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Khaliq A. El, 30, of Williamsport, 24 months, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance.

• Jonathan Pace, 34, of Williamsport, 24 months, 100 hours of parenting classes and mental health treatment for recklessly endangering another person.

• Jessica K. Barnes, 27, of Williamsport, 12 months and 50 hours community service for conspiracy retail theft.

• Mackenzie Boyce, 24, of Williamsport, 12 months and 50 hours community service for retail theft and disorderly conduct.

• Robert Daniel Seagrave Jr., 28, of Williamsport, 12 months, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance.

• Nicholas Ryan Bird, 21, of DuBoistown, 12 months probation, $750 fine, drug & alcohol assessment, and 75 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance.

• Donald J. Wilson, 49, of Linden, 36 months, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for fraudulent medical assistant claim and theft by deception.

Two were fined. They are:

• Andrew N. Peace, 29, of Philadelphia, $200 for false identification.

• Nathaniel J. Zeigler, 18, of Williamsport, $500 for false identification, public drunkenness, and illegal alcohol purchase.
