18 people sentenced in Lycoming County Court
Eighteen people were recently sentenced in Lycoming County Court
Two were sentenced to state prison. They are:
• Jaziah Q. Strickland, 20, of Williamsport, 36 to 84 months and drug & alcohol assessment for aggravated assault.
• Corey Williams, 29, of Philadelphia, four to 16 years for delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communications facility.
Six were sentenced to county prison. They are:
• Jeffrey T. Robertson, 60, of Williamsport, 90 days to 24 months for simple assault.
• Michael Eichenlaub, 24, of Unityville, 48 hours to six months, $525 in fines and 50 hours community service for DUI and careless driving.
• Robert S. Morrison, 74, of Montgomery, 11 to 24 months, 60 months probation and 50 hours community service for design/copy of obscene material.
• Rachel L. Hamilton, 30, of Jersey Shore, 16 days to 12 months, 24 months probation and 50 hours community service for receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.
• Alan Donoway, 34, of Williamsport, 12 to 25 days, 12 months probation, drug & alcohol assessment, and 25 hours community service for criminal mischief and false identification.
• Donte Outland, 25, of Philadelphia, five days to six months, $1,225 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, and DUI education for DUI, driving under suspension and headlights violation.
Four were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:
• Joshua D. Harrington, 30, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, $1,200 in fines and 50 hours community service for driving under suspension and DUI.
• Italia B. Mandville, 21, of South Williamsport, electronic monitoring, $1,500 fine, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for DUI.
• Theodore C. Reynolds III, 31, of Muncy, electronic monitoring, $2,550 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 50 hours community service for DUI, careless driving and traffic violation.
• Chad Barto, 43, of Muncy, 48 months and drug & alcohol assessment for theft by deception.
Five were sentenced to probation. They are:
• Laurona M. Walker, 48, of Williamsport, 24 months and 50 hours for retail theft and loitering.
• Dean L. Johnson, of Williamsport, 12 months, $1,000 fine, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 100 hours community service for recklessly endangering another person and unlicensed driving.
• James A. Esposito III, 27, of Linden, 24 months and 30 hours community service for terroristic threats and simple assault.
• Kara Watkins, 20, of Williamsport, six months and 25 hours community service for simple assault.
• Brittany M. Sager, 29, of Danville, six months and $50 fine for possession of a small amount of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
One was fined. That person is:
• Paul P. Sturgess, 50, of Barrie, Ontario, Canada, $525 for disorderly conduct and traffic violations.
