Thirty-five receive sentences for various crimes

Thirty-five people recently were sentenced in Lycoming County Court.

Two were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Chase W. Lynch, 46, of South Williamsport, three to six months, $300 fine, drug & alcohol assessment, and DUI education for DUI and recklessly endangering another person.

• Sharif A. Coleman, 24, of Williamsport, nine to 24 months for possession with intent to deliver.

Fifteen were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Christopher M. Shaffer, 31, of Williamsport, 37 days to 24 months, 12 months probation, $200 fine, and 50 hours community service for careless driving, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.

• Jermaine S. Frederick, 19, of Lycoming County Prison, 10 to 24 months, six months probation and drug & alcohol assessment for theft.

• Raymond Richards, of Lycoming County Prison, 11 to 24 days and drug & alcohol evaluation for possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.

• Tiffany S. George, 28, of St. Clair, nine to 19 days for disorderly conduct.

• Rahshaan I. Goines Jr., of Lycoming County Prison, 208 days and mental health assessment for criminal attempt robbery.

• Krystopher Jeffers, 22, of Lycoming County Prison, nine months, drug & alcohol assessment, mental health assessment, and 50 hours community service for simple assault.

• Matthew A. Murosky, 28, of Lycoming County Prison, 23 to 46 days, 18 months probation, anger management, and 25 hours community service for terroristic threats.

• Brian W. Murphy, 35, of Lycoming County Prison, six months and 50 hours community service for retail theft.

• Randy L. Fuller, 57, of Lycoming County Prison, nine to 23 months, drug & alcohol assessment, anger management, and 50 hours community service for simple assault.

• Bradford E. Clement, 40, of Montoursville, 11 to 24 months, 24 months probation, $900 in fines, and 200 hours community service for harassment, defiant trespassing, aggravated assault, and fleeing.

• Dustin Q. Sander, 21, of Lycoming County Prison, 25 to 52 days, 36 months probation and 50 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communications facility.

• Javier Pagan-Corales, 29, of South Williamsport, 14 to 28 days and $100 fine for simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Justin T. Draper, 33, of Philadelphia, 100 to 207 days for delivery of a controlled substance.

• Robyne Leah Sautner, 49, of Blossburg, eight days to 12 months for possession of a controlled substance.

• Stephanie E. Heimer, 29, of Lock Haven, seven days to 12 months and 50 hours community service for retail theft.

Three were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Ronald Burton, 62, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, $25 fine, drug & alcohol assessment, and DUI education for DUI and traffic violations.

• Alexander F. Kiessling-Pulizzi, 25, of Williamsport, 60 months and drug & alcohol assessment for delivery of a controlled substance.

• Rodney A. Beachel, 38, of Northumberland, six months, drug & alcohol assessment and mental health assessment for possession of ephedrine.

Twelve were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Melanie J. Huyuh, 41, of Williamsport, 60 months and 100 hours community service for theft by deception.

• Kristie Bateman, 40, of Williamsport, 12 months and 50 hours community service for false reports and disorderly conduct.

• William C. Calise, 34, of Scranton, six months, $300 fine, drug & alcohol assessment, and DUI education for disorderly conduct and DUI.

• Miah M. Waltz, 19, of Montoursville, six months and 50 hours community service for simple assault.

• Katelyn M. Birdsall, 27, of Jersey Shore, six months and $300 fine for retail theft.

• Brian L. Heeman, 50, of Danville, six months, drug & alcohol assessment and 50 hours community service for possession of ephedrine.

• Brandy M. Flick, 27, of Williamsport, nine months and 50 hours community service for simple assault.

• Kiflyn M. Bradley, 61, of Williamsport, six months and 50 hours community service for retail theft.

• Mira M. Beaghley, 34, 12 months for possession of a controlled substance.

• Marco A. Garcia, 22, of Fort Worth, six months, $1,300 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 50 hours community service for driving without a license, DUI, and disorderly conduct.

• Dominique J. Rucker, 24, of Williamsport, six months for theft by unlawful taking.

• C­­­hristopher Michael Sautner, 31, of Blossburg, 89 days to 12 months, drug & alcohol assessment and 50 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance.

Three were fined. They are:

• Frank Long, 32, of Linden, $250 for simple assault.

• Blake A. McEwen, 26, of Williamsport, $500 for public drunkenness.

• Aja Weller, 41, of Williamsport, $400 for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
