41 people recently sentenced in Lycoming County

Forty-one individuals recently were sentenced in Lycoming County Court for various offenses, they are:

•Joseph C. Cipriani, 50, of Williamsport, six months intermediate punishment, $300 fine, 50 hours community service, DUI education course and counseling for DUI.

•Darven R. Moore, 20, four to 12 months in county prison, $23,158 in restitution, and anger management courses for simple assault.

•Jeremy Hughes, 38, of Hughesville, 24 to 60 months in state prison for possession of child pornography.

•Jose A. Lerma, 32, of Indiana , five to six days in county prison, $500 fine, drug and alcohol assessment, and DUI education course for DUI and driving on a suspended licence.

•Marc O. Barns, 28, of Philadelphia, 90 days to 24 months in county prison, 36 months parole, 35 hours of community service, DUI education course, and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI.

•Brian K. Caputo, 56, of Williamsport, 60 to 120 days in county prison,

•Curisa S. Brunson, 28, of Williamsport, $1750 fine, five years probation, 5 hours of community service, and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI, possession of a controlled substance, and driving on a suspended license.

•Cory J. Blee, 41, of South Williamsport, one to 12 months in prison, 50 hours of community service, and $176,720 in forfeiture for conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver.

•Heather A. Longo, 37, of South Williamsport, 36 months probation, 50 hours of community service, and $176,720 in forfeiture for conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver.

•Alexandra R. Reese, 26, 18 months probation, $1000 fine, DUI education course, and a drug and alcohol assessment, for Driving on a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Benjamin D. Thomke, 36 of Williamsport, 12 months probation, 50 hours of community service, and a mental health evaluation, for defiant trespass.

•William J. Shultz, 66, of Lock Haven, $1025 fine 72 hours to 6 months in county prison, DUI education, and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI and traffic violations.

•Justin D. Morton, 39, of Jersey Shore, 6 months probation, DUI education course, drug and alcohol assessment, and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

•Stephen Getz, 32, of Shavertown, 10 days to 12 months in county prison, 12 months probation, $500 fine, DUI education, 50 hours community service and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI and driving on a suspended license.

•Myron R. Thompson IV, 23, of Muncy, four years probation, drug and alcohol assessment, mental health evaluation, and 50 hours of community service for indecent assault.

•Malaysia G. Martin, 23, of Williamsport, 15 to 30 months in state prison for distribution of a controlled substance.

•Christa M. Garrison, 38, of Unity ville, six months probation and 50 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance.

•David S. Kabata, 48, of Muncy, 72 hours to six months in prison, $100 fine, drug and alcohol assessment, DUI education course, and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

•Arlene A. Knowlton, 38, of Muncy, Guilty without further punishment, possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Joseph A. Miller, 48, of Antes Fort, $50 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Axel R. Green, 24, 36 months probation, eight months and 13 days to 17 months in prison, and 50 hours of community service for two counts of risking catastrophe and manufacture of meth.

•Timothy L. Bryan, of Salladasburg, 72 hours to six months, $1900 fine, and work release for DUI, possession of a small amount of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended or without a license.

•Danielle C. Smith, 38, of Gillet, 24 months probation, 24 hours of community service, and a drug and alcohol assessment for retail theft.

•Richard W. Peppermen, 32, of Williamsport, drug and alcohol assessment, and 12 months of probation for simple assault.

•Erik D. Stroble, 33, of Watsontown, 6 months probation $200 fine, 25 hours of community service and a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.

•Jared R. Blair, 38, of Williamsport, 20 days to 12 months in county prison, 25 hours of community service and anger management courses for simple assault.

•Khayree K. Jackson, 30 to 60 months in state prison for possession with intent to deliver.

•Donteze D. Morris, 19, of Williamsport, 12 days to 12 months in county prison, $300 restitution and obtain a GED or high school diploma for theft.

•Timothy L. Bryan, 58, of Salladasburg, 72 hours to 6 months in county prison, $1200 fine, DUI education course, and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI and possession of a small amount of a controlled substance.

•Fredrick D. Biichle, 53, of Hughesville, $2,500 fine, 24 to 60 months in state prison, DUI education course and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI, driving without a license, and improper class of license.

•Nicole M. Matthews, 35, of Danville 12 months probation, drug and alcohol assessment, and 50 hours of community service.

•Robert L. Saiers Jr., 43, of Williamsport, $2,500 fine, three months of intermediate punishment, 90 days in county prison, DUI education course, and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI and driving on a suspended license.

•Stephanie S. Emig, 41, of Jersey Shore, two weeks of intermediate punishment, $1000 fine, 25 hours of community service, DUI education course, and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI.

•Timothy J. Guglielmo, 31, of Williamsport, 12 months probation, 25 hours of community service, and a drug and alcohol assessment.

•Matthew B. hamilton, 31, of Williamsport, 30 days to 6 months in county prison, $1000 fine, six months probation, $1,500 in restitution, 50 hours of community service, DUI education course and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI, accidents attended vehicle, and disorderly conduct.

•Michael S. Musilli, 30, of Williamsport, 8 days to 18 months in county prison and obtain a GED or high school diploma for possession with intent to deliver.

•Samantha R. McLeod, 42, of Philadelphia, 6 months intermediate punishment, a $525 fine, 25 hours of community service, a DUI education course, and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI and failure to notify a change of address.

•Stacy Wagner, 45, of Williamsport, 48 hours to 6 months of intermediate punishment, $550 fine, 50 hours of community service, a DUI education course, and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI and traffic violations.

•Jescie L. Kinley, 90 days to 60 months of intermediate punishment, a $1608 fine, and 50 hours of community service or DUI and traffic violations.

•Levi A. Bennett, 29, of Jersey Shore, 72 hours to 6 months in county prison, 75 hours of community service and a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI.

•McKayla A. Graham, 23, o Morris Run, drug and alcohol assessment, obtention of a GED or high school diploma, and 24 months probation for possession of a small amount of controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
