32 charged with various criminal offenses

Thirty-two people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:

• Nathan Harman, 28, of 1312 1/2 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment for allegedly punching Christopher Johnson several times and threatening to stab him in the 1300 block of Allegheny Street on Monday morning; jailed in lieu of $35,000 bail.

• Dushore Perry, 31, of 1037 Dewey Ave.; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine and related offenses at his home on Monday; as Perry was being committed to the Lycoming County Prison on a parole violation, corrections officers discovered additional crack cocaine hidden in his rectum during a body search so a charge of contraband was added to the complaint and he was jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.

• Alfreda Daise, 32, of 1037 Dewey Ave.; possession with intent to deliver two bags of cocaine and related offenses on June 10 and Sept. 26; jailed in lieu of $90,000 bail.

• Stephen Wanamaker, 24, of 48 Washington Blvd.; city police; convicted felon not to possess a firearm, aggravated assault and related offenses for allegedly pointing a loaded handgun at a group of people in the 700 block of West Edwin Street about 9 p.m. on Sept. 25; when he saw an officer approaching, he ducked briefly behind a car and dropped the gun on the passenger side of the vehicle, police alleged; jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.

• Lindsey Williams, 29, of 2347 Grand St.; city police; strangulation, simple assault and harassment; allegedly grabbed his pregnant girlfriend, Aleronna Coleman, by the throat and began to choke her on Sept. 18; he then pushed her face into a mattress while placing his knee in her back, police alleged; he dragged her into the hall by the neck; initially jailed, now out on $25,000 bail.

• Wesley Russitano, 40, of 2246 Webb St.; Old Lycoming Township police; theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $100 from the employees locker room at Surplus City, 3364 Lycoming Creek Road, on Sept. 14; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• James Hastings, 33, of 107 Sylvan Dell Park Road, South Williamsport; state police; simple assault and harassment following a disturbance with his wife, Elizabeth, at the couple’s home on Sept. 10 when he allegedly pushed her into a coffee table, she lost her balance and fell into table, breaking the glass; initially jailed now out on $15,000 bail.

• Shelby Leberfinger, 46, of Claysburg, Blair County; Old Lycoming Township police; robbery, theft, terroristic threats and related offenses for allegedly climbing through a window to enter Michael Miller III’s home at 2789 Beautys Run Road on Sept. 8; “The house belongs to me, get out,” she told Miller as she pushed him against a wall and stated she would shoot him, police alleged in court papers; she let in three other co-conspirators; she ran upstairs yelling she “wanted guns;” police allege she and the other three stole a handgun and a rifle as well as a dollhouse; initially jailed now free on $25,000 bail.

• Nathan Swank, 19, of Picture Rocks; city police; possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Maynard Street on Sept. 1; released on $5,000 bail.

• Joshua Dibernardo, 26, of Mount Carmel; city police; terroristic threats for calling girlfriend Latrinda Winter at her city apartment and allegedly threatening to come to the apartment and beat her and her father on Aug. 31; initially jailed now out on $10,000 bail.

• Corey McIver, 32, of 2539 Riverside Drive, DuBoistown; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of a controlled substance, (suspected cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Route 973 West in Hepburn Township on Aug. 24; released on $1,500 bail.

• Brian McKeag, 52, of 1975 Poco Farm Road; the state Attorney General’s Office; 49 felony counts of possession of child pornography and one count of illegal use of a computer after authorities discovered on his home computer 49 images or videos of apparent child pornography on Aug. 21; 13 of the images or videos depicted indecent contact involving at least one minor; released on $150,000 bail.

• Jamir Ceruti, 21, of 723 Second Ave.; city police; theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud for allegedly using Danielle Conley’s lost credit card to purchase $1 candy bar at the Family Dollar Store, 328 Memorial Ave., on Aug. 21; he allegedly attempted to purchase an additional $178 worth of merchandise with the same card; jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.

• Gabriel Benjamin, 29, of Ellicott City, Maryland; state police; DUI and careless driving on Route 15 in Old Lycoming Township on Aug. 1; he refused to provide a blood sample; released on $1,500 bail.

• Hughy Woodring, 44, of Lairdsville; the county’s District Attorney’s Office; possession of suboxone and contraband for allegedly having the controlled substance while an inmate the Lycoming County Prison’s pre-release center on Aug. 1; recommitted ion lieu of $10,000 bail.

• Glenn Reed, 67, of 175 W. Ninth Ave., South Williamsport; South Williamsport police; DUI and careless driving following a crash in the 400 block of West Eighth Ave on July 14; his blood-alcohol content level was .20; released on $5,000 bail.

• Maleak Benjamin, 22, of 1054 Vine Ave.; city police; accidents involving damage to attended vehicle (hit-run) and driving without a license following a crash at Park Avenue and Maple Street on July 12; released on $5,000 bail.

• Charles Johnson, 57, of 606 Spruce St.; simple assault and harassment for allegedly assaulting Glenn Baynes by body slamming him into a fire pit in the 600 block of Spruce Street on July 5; released on $5,000 bail; Baynes was treated at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center for his injuries.

• Jahmere Johnson, 20, of 1648 Catherine St.; state police; possession with intent to deliver heroin and related offenses at Wayne Avenue and Linn Street in the city on June 27; jailed in lieu of $250,000 bail.

• Jessica Lanza, 30, of Geneva, New York; state police; DUI of a controlled substance and careless driving on Route 15 in Lewis Township on June 27; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• James Bergquist, 18, of 933 Cemetery St.; state police; rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, attempted aggravated assault and related charges for allegedly molesting a girl under 12 in Loyalsock Township during the month of May; jailed in lieu of $99,000 bail.

• Peter Becknauld, 64, of York; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 15 and Hepburnville on May 17; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Maggie Hall, 25, of 170 Pine Crest Drive; state police; DUI, speeding and careless driving at Valley Street and Euclid Avenue in DuBoistown on May 5; refused to submit a blood sample; released on $5,000 bail.

• Keith Jones, 40, of 808 Park Place; state police; burglary, felony trespassing, theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $2,100 in cash and a thermal pizza delivery band in an overnight burglary at Pizza Hut, 1729 E. Third St., on April 22; initially jailed now free on $15,000 bail.

• Timothy Insinger, 39, Dushore; state police; DUI of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and careless driving on Interstate 180 in Montoursville on April 20; released on $5,000.

• Stephen Kough, 41, of 894 Upper Powys Road, Cogan Station; Old Lycoming Township police; DUI and careless driving in the 5900 block of Lycoming Creek Road on April 5; his blood-alcohol content level was .31; this was his third DUI arrest; released on $15,000 bail.

• Ira Campbell, 54, of 11425 Route 118, Unityville; Hughesville police; DUI and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle (hit-run) following a crash in the 300 block of East Water Street on March 24; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Malik Hunter, 21, of Lebanon; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1900 block of Lycoming Creek Road on March 23; initially jailed now free on $2,500 bail.

• Donte Dixon, 23, of Philadelphia; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession with intent to deliver 20 bags of heroin and related offenses for his alleged involvement in a drug sale in the 2800 block of Fourth Street on March 13; jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.

• Fajri Warfield, 26, of Philadelphia; city police; possession with intent to deliver two bags of crack cocaine and related offenses for his alleged involvement in two city drugs sales; one at Eldred and Baldwin streets on Oct. 4, 2018, and another at Sixth Avenue and Isabella Street on Oct. 16, 2018; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.

• Zachary Naculich, 25, of 234 Ridge Road, Cogan Station; state police; DUI, speeding and careless driving on Warrensville Road in Loyalsock Township on Sept. 14, 2018; his blood-alcohol content level was .18; released on $5,000 bail.

• Kacy Yohn, 32, of Yeagertown, Mifflin County; state police; possession of a controlled substance and contraband for allegedly having a total of 28 pills of klonopin and xanax in her possession when she was committed to the state Correctional Institution at Muncy on Route 405 on parole violation in August 2017; released on $25,000 bail.
