The market information in this report is collected through the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Quality Systems Assessment’s Livestock Auction Market Reporting program under the supervision and oversight of USDA Livestock and Grain Market News.

Compared to last week’s sale, slaughter cows sold $2 to $3 higher. Cattle supply included six steers and heifers, 96 slaughter cows, seven bulls and 12 feeder cattle and 108 dairy cows.

Slaughter Holstein Steers: Choice 2-3 1340-1518 lbs 86

Return to Farm Calves: Compared to last week’s sale, Holstein bull calves sold steady to $5 lower.

Holstein Heifer Calves: Number 1 86-120 lbs 105-125.
