Experience Missions, in partnership with Global Aid Network (GAiN), held a GAiN seed-packing event recently at Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church in Montoursville. About 90 volunteers helped assemble almost 10,000 seed packs. The packs will be sent to the Middle East and Africa, and will produce 10 pounds of food per pack of seeds. In addition to providing food for countries in need, the seeds will also provide income for the families as they will take the extra vegetables they grow to the local market to sell.
