Commissioners approve agreements for foster care website and children and youth services program

Lycoming County commissioners approved an agreement Thursday with Reich Consulting for website design services for a cost of up to $1,350 to assist Lycoming County Children and Youth Services recruit foster care homes.

Commissioners also accepted a $5,000 grant from the Administrative Office of the Pennsylvania Courts to host a local educational workshop for that agency in November.

An agreement to hire attorney Jerry Lynch as a conflicts attorney at a salary of up to $35,000 was approved.

The county’s salary board also approved the hiring of Jordan L. Skinner and Matthew S. Nagele as full-time replacement correctional officers at an hourly rate of $14.35.

David A. Keene was also approved as a full-time replacement Veterans Affairs assistant at an hourly rate of $14.55.
