Suspect in homicides arraigned

Jordan Adonis Rawls, 24, of 1029 Race St., was arraigned Friday night in front of Judge Christian Frey for his alleged involvement in the double homicide of Shane Wright, 25 and Kristine Kibler, 50 on Oct. 31 at their 613 Poplar St. home.

Rawls was charged with two counts of criminal homicide and criminal conspiracy as well as robbery, criminal attempt, possession of a firearm, having a firearm without a license and possessing instruments of crime, according to the affidavit.

According to city police, he turned himself in that night.

He is incarcerated at the Lycoming County Prison without bail.Rawls’ preliminary hearing is 11:30 a.m. Nov. 22 in front of Frey. Alleged co-conspirator Joseph S. Coleman Jr. still is at large.
