Old Lycoming hosts night out

The townships of Old Lycoming, Lycoming and Hepburn participated in Tuesday’s National Night Out with events held at both the Old Lycoming Township Municipal Complex and Fairlawn Community Church in Lycoming Township. “This is to bring members of law enforcement and public safety together with the community,” Old Lycoming Township Police Chief Joseph Hope said. Visitors could climb aboard fire trucks, see the inside of a county sheriff prisoner transport van and many other things while enjoying free food.
