Dr. Timothy Bowers said there was a smooth transition back to school after having winter break.

“Happy New Year … and as you can see, we’re a fairly light agenda tonight. We’re back in business, up and running and had a pretty normal day (on Tuesday),” he said. “Everything went well, so it’s always good to get back on track and going well.”

Present at the meeting were members Baer, Spencer Sweeting, Dr. Jane Penman, Marc Schefsky, Adam Welteroth, Patrick Dixon, Story Somers, Jennifer Lake and Jerene Milliken.

The next meeting will be 6 p.m. Jan. 16 at the District Service Center, 2780 W. Fourth St.
