Wilbur E. Miller

Wilbur E. Miller, 81, of Sherman Drive, Watsontown, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at his home.

Born in Montgomery on Dec. 27, 1931, he was the son of the late Raymond J. and Alice Mary Miller Sr.

On Aug. 15, 1981, he married the Geniel “Ginny” (Bradley) and they had celebrated 30 years of marriage together.

Wilbur was employed at Eagle Enterprise in Watsontown as a welder, where he retired. He enjoyed going on motorcycle trips with his family and friends. He and Ginny have ridden throughout the east coast and also into Canada. He enjoyed hunting and spending time with family especially his grandchildren. He also loved winning at dominoes and cards.

Surviving, besides his wife, are three daughters and sons-in-law, Leslie Fisher and her husband Cecil of Milton, Marilyn Montgomery of Elimsport and Yvette Heim and her husband George of Turbotville; six granddaughters and nine great-grandchildren.

Friends are invited to call at Delaware Run Wesleyan Church, 5570 Musser Lane, Watsontown, PA 17777, on Saturday, Feb. 2, from 10 to 11 a.m. The memorial service will be held 11 a.m. at the church with Pastor Michael C. Reece officiating. The family will provide flowers and suggest contributions in his memory be made to either Delaware Run Wesleyan Church, 5570 Musser Lane, Watsontown, PA 17777 or Susquehanna Health Hospice Group, 1100 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
