Becky Douglass, 40, of Isabella St., Williamsport, passed away suddenly, Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at her home.
Born June 15, 1972, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of Harry and Delores “Dolly” (Lapka) Myers.
She was a 1991 graduate of Williamsport High School. For over 10 years she had worked as a tax preparer at H&R Block. Becky was a member of Buchanan Baptist Church, and enjoyed camping, reading poetry and collecting carousel horses.
Surviving are her husband of 20 years, Matthew J. Douglass; her son, Noah M. Douglass at home; two sisters, Ruth Ann Snell of Carrollton, Ga., and Tina Carlin (Gerald) of Meshoppen, Pa.; father and mother-in-law, Richard and Jean Douglass of Linden; brothers-in-law, Richard Douglass Jr. (Sandi) of Linden, Randy Douglass (Robyn) of Williamsport, Aaron Douglass (Jennifer) of Cogan Station and Kim Rockwell (Carl) of English Center.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Ave., Williamsport. Burial will be held in Buchanan Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Knight-Confer Funeral Home.
