Robert “Bob” Rodabaugh, Scottsdale, Ariz., formerly of Jersey Shore, died Thursday morning, March 21, 2013, at Hospice of the Valley, Scottsdale, Ariz.
Bob was born Jan. 6, 1956, the youngest child of the late Richard and Shirley Rodabaugh, in Jersey Shore. He graduated from Jersey Shore High School and Williamsport Area Community College.
Bob was a structural steel engineer.
Bob married his wife, Peggy, in 1983, and together their life’s journey took them to Ashland, Ky., and later on to Scottsdale, Ariz.
Bob enjoyed NASCAR, Arizona Diamondback Baseball and Penn State football. He was a huge supporter of Joe Paterno.
He is survived by his loving wife, Peggy; daughter, Jessica Rodabaugh of Germantown Md.; son, Christopher Edwards of Williamsport; son, Robert (Samantha) of Scottsdale; daughter, Nicole (Kevin) Klees of Williamsport; and five grandchildren.
He is also survived by his mother, Shirley of Jersey Shore; brothers, Richard of San Antonio, Texas and Donald (Mary) of Troutman, N.C.; and sister, Sandy (Steve) Keller of Woolrich; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service and celebration of Bob’s life will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Angels Funeral Home, Mesa, Ariz. Family and friends will be received at noon prior to the service.
