Beatrice E. ‘Peggy’ Bausinger

Beatrice E. “Peggy” Bausinger, 77, of South Williamsport, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013, at the Williamsport Home.

She was born Nov. 25, 1935, in Williamsport, the daughter of William M. and Esther Q. (Hinkel) Keaner.

Peggy was the wife of the late William A. Bausinger, who passed in 1969.

She was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church.

Peggy was an avid follower of Little League baseball and the New York Yankees.

She loved to shop with her family and friends and always looked for the ultimate bargain.

Peggy will be fondly remembered by her four nieces and eight nephews and their children.

She was a loving, caring and giving person to friends and family.

Peggy is survived by three sons, David W. (Saren) Bausinger of Mesa, Ariz., Marc E. (Esther) Bausinger of Payson, Ariz., and Troy T. (Amy) Bausinger of Yardley, Pa.; a brother, William C. Hinkle of Boise, Idaho; two sisters, D. Jean Harman of Loyalsock and Judy A. Keefer of Montoursville; five grandchildren, Tasia, Cale, Breana, Tyler and Alexandra; and two great-granddaughters, Rigley and Torrey.

She was predeceased by a brother, Richard M. Keaner.

Relatives and friends are invited to Peggy’s Life Celebration service 11 a.m. Friday, April 19, 2013, at the James C. Maneval Funeral Home, Ltd., “A Life Celebration Home,” 500 W. Fourth St., Williamsport with Rev. Kenneth E. Wagner-Pizza officiating. A visitation will be from 9:30 until 11 a.m. Burial will be in Montoursville Cemetery.
