Aaron Curtis Moore
Aaron Curtis Moore, 22, of Williamsport, died Saturday, April 20, 2013, following a vehicle accident.
Born in Williamsport on March 21, 1991, he was the son of Sheila Dawn Henry and Stephen Donovan Moore Jr.
Aaron was a 2009 graduate of Jersey Shore High School.
He was a member of the basketball team, track team, wrestling team and football team during his high school years. He loved being a Jersey Shore Bulldog.
He attended Lock Haven University and was a member of the Bald Eagles football team.
Aaron enjoyed lifting weights at the YMCA and fishing and hunting with his foster father, Joe and his friends.
Surviving, besides his mother and father, are brothers, Stephen Donovan Moore III and Isaiah Hanif White; sister, Cambria Elizabeth White; his foster family, Joe and Christy Smith and their three children, Hunter, Josh and Westin; maternal grandparents, Irene (Tim) Bottenfield and Curtis (Patricia Beck) Henry; and niece, Anasia Lecole Moore.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Darlene Peoples Moore and Stephen Donovan Moore.
Friends and family are invited to Aaron’s Life Celebration on Saturday, May 4, 2013, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, Ltd., “A Life Celebration Home,” 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, with a memorial service following at 11 a.m. with Pastor Ron Savits of Newberry Church of Christ officiating.
Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
