Debbie A. Black

Debbie A. Black, 57, of Cogan Station, passed away unexpectedly July 20, 2013, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center.

She was born July 11, 1956, in Pequannock, N.J.

Debbie was the Assistant Vice President at Champion Mortgage in New Jersey before moving to Pennsylvania, where she became a successful realtor with Weichert Realtors in Williamsport. She was a volunteer tutor through the James V. Brown Library and was nominated as Outstanding Tutor of the Year in 2012.

She enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening, reading and spending time with her husband and family.

She is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Donna Bundz of Williamsport; her loving husband, Alan; his daughters, Michelle (Mark) Sponenberg and Stephanie (Mike) Faryniak of Liberty; three sons, Don Mather and Kenneth (Michaele) Mather, both of Denver, Colo., and Michael (Amanda) Guarino of Alabama; three sisters, Lynne (Matt) Evans of Wayne, N.J., Carol (Paul) Hults of Vernon, N.J., and Cathy (John) Corry of Rockaway, N.J.; two grandsons; a granddaughter; twin grandchildren expected in October; three aunts, including her Aunt Jill; six nieces; a nephew and three great-nieces.

Services will be private.
