Cynthia Ann Scott Bryan
Cynthia Ann Scott Bryan, “Cindy,” of St. Cloud, Fla., died Wednesday Oct. 16, 2013, at Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs, Fla.
Born Sept. 27, 1954, in Williamsport, she was the daughter of James E. and Peggy A. (Stuempfle) Scott. Cindy and her husband Thomas William Bryan celebrated 37 years of marriage in June 2013. Cindy graduated from S. Williamsport High School and worked for Litton (now L-3) for 25 years. In Florida she was a senior buyer for Kissimmee Utilities Authority. While living in DuBoistown, she was a member of the DuBoistown United Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband Tom is one son, Tom Bryan, of Jacksonville, Fla.; one daughter, Jessica (Dan) Janovicz; and a two month old granddaughter, Zayla Ann Janovicz, of West Linn, Ore. She is survived by two brothers, Bruce (Holly) Scott, of Oviedo, Fla.; Paul (Denice) Scott, of South Williamsport; three sisters, Debbie (Rich), of Vail, Ariz.; Linda (Mike) Tate, of Williamsport; Karen (Chris), of Mountville; as well as many nieces and nephews who she loved deeply.
A memorial service will be conducted Monday, Oct. 28, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Tuskawilla Presbyterian Church with Pastor Chris Chandler officiating.
