Anna G. Durandetto

Anna G. Durandetto, 93, formerly of Renovo, died May 6, 2014, at the Haven Rehab and Nursing Center, Lock Haven. She was born Feb. 24, 1921, in Madera, Pa., to the late William and Theresa Mosley Raab. Her husband, Harold L. Durandetto, died June of 200.

Anna was a member of the Grace Baptist Church, North Bend. She was a homemaker. Anna had also been employed as a part-time cook, had done housework for others and had worked at Susque-View.

Anna is survived by two daughters, Carol Ann McLarney, of Pickerington, Ohio and Bonnie Jean Whitesel, of Virginia Beach, Va.; two brothers, William “Wimp” (Mae) Raab Jr. and Robert “Bob or Moe” (Betty) Raab, both of Madera; one sister, Phyllis Helsel, of North Appolo; four grandchildren, Adam (Kerrie) McLarney, Heather (Chris Kosa) McLarney, Ryan (Shelley) McLarney, and Jennifer Whitesel (Alan) Tirol; one great-grandchild, Kellan J. McLarney; and one stepgreat-grandchild, Avery Gallagan.

Anna was preceded in death by three brothers, Merle “Punch,” Eugene “Tubby” and Jack Raab and four sisters, Eleanor, Evelyn, June and Mary.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2014, in the Grace Baptist Church, North Bend, with the Rev. Mahlon Nevel officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Interment will be in North Bend Cemetery, North Bend.
