Patsy A. Huggler

Patsy A. Huggler, 56, of Watsontown, formerly of Galeton, passed away on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017, at her home surrounded by her family.

Born Sept. 25, 1960, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Gary and Barbara (Hill) Huggler Sr.

Patsy worked in the food industry for most of her life, from waitressing and managing to co-owning the Plaza Cafe in Galeton for several years. She was also a personal caregiver that enjoyed going to yard sales, playing Words With Friends and absolutely loved her dogs.

Patsy is survived by her fiance, Bill Armstrong, of Watsontown; a son, Nicholas Mastin, of Butler; two brothers, Brady Huggler, of Montgomery and Gary Huggler Jr., of Galeton; two sisters, Cindy (Richard) Proctor and Diane Huggler Bryant, both of Galeton; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie “Hondo” Huggler and three sisters, Nancy and Judy Huggler and Donna Bliss.

Memorials in Patsy’s name may be made to the Animal Care Sanctuary, 11765 Rt. 6, Wellsboro, PA 16901.

Services will be announced at a later date and have been entrusted to the Hess Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Collins Chapel, Galeton.
