Robert A. Houston, 50, of DuBoistown, died Monday, August 21, 2017, at his residence.

Born April 7, 1967, in Baltimore, Md., he was a son of the late David Houston and Leonard and Mary (Meissinger) Pauza.

Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Robert worked in the automotive sales industry for many years and retired as an auto sales manager. He most recently was the owner and operator of Past Time Pickers Antique and Collectible Thrift Store in South Williamsport.

Robert was a member of 3:16 Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and had a love for animals, especially dogs. He also enjoyed watching his grandson play baseball.

Surviving is his wife of 10 years, Nancy Reynolds Houston; children, Jessica Houston, of Texas and Ryan (Heather) Schur, of Williamsport; grandchildren, Ryan Jr. and Maddison Schur; siblings, David and Joseph Houston, Patricia Dolan and James Meissinger; many nieces and nephews; and his dogs, Scooby, Turbo, Cody and Bella.

A celebration of life service for Robert will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at 3:16 Church, 1101 Washington Blvd., Williamsport, with Pastor Sal Minnella, officiating.
