Heroin – No surprise

We were a sleepy little town that got over run by money makers for rehabs. Their clients were street wise and we were almost country hicks.

Then Pennsylvania passes a law. Almost every pharmacy sells syringes. This is to curb disease. Are you kidding me? We just made it easier to get a syringe to shoot up.

One visiting pharmacist said they sold more syringes than perscription in one day. They were working in Wilkes-Barre that day.

Any undercover police officer could make on an average of 20 leads to users of heroin by sitting in any pharmacy.
