Be safe

July is National UV Safety Month. The most common cancer in the US is skin, and it is one of the more preventable cancers.

To prevent skin cancer which is caused by ultraviolet(UV)rays wear sun screen with SPF 15 or higher and apply 15-20 minutes before going outside in the sun, wear clothing that covers our arms and legs, wear hats with wide brim, and avoid indoor tanning, and avoid going outside between 10 am to 4pm when the rays are the strongest.
