Gun control

President Obama and Hillary Clinton believe gun control is permissible under the 2nd Amendment.

And they urge Americans to seriously consider Australia’s Common Sense gun control laws, where it is illegal to possess a gun in the home for personal or property protection, and gun owners are required to turn their firearms in or go to jail.

Our 2nd Amendment was compressed and clearly written so aspiring dictatorial politicians would have no difficulty comprehending it.

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

First, the 2nd guaranteed an individual right to have arms for self-defense, and second, a Militia composed of an armed population guarding against possible state or governmental subjugation.

President Jefferson would inform Hillary, “No freeman shall ever be debarred the use of arms.”

And President Washington who loved guns, hunting, retained a personal collection of over 50 guns, many handgun, carried pistols for protection, would remind Hillary, “When government takes away citizens right to bear arms, it takes away Government’s right to govern.”

Chelsea remarked if her mom was elected president the Supreme Court would become more receptive to gun control.

Hillary could replace Justice Scalia with Judge Merrick Garland, who also believes the 2nd Amendment does not protect an individual’s right to possess firearms in the home for personal protection.

Garland, Justices Ginsberg, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan, could then reverse the Heller and McDonald Supreme Court decisions nullifying the peoples Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

Gun Rights matter!

Should the Supreme Court rule that the right to bear arms applies only to individuals in state militias, millions of gun owners would defiantly agree with President Madison.

He emphatically stated, “We did not create the Supreme Court to be the Last Word in questions of constitutionality. Doing so would have voided the power being delegated from the people.”
