It makes no sense

I would like to understand the reasoning behind legislation allowing semiautomatic weapons while hunting animals (which ones yet to be determined by the game commission and the regulations).

I would also like to know what legislators pushed for this and why. Hunting in some form with semiautomatic weapons will be allowed. Understand, this with people being shot every year as it is. So from now on people will have 10 bullet holes in them instead of one (remember, we are talking semiautomatic weapons).

For every hunter in the woods there is another just on the other side of that bush. Please don’t tell me about the Second Amendment rights; this has nothing to do with taking your guns. People have a right to not be shot 10 times because you saw a rabbit.
