Forefathers spot on
A recent letter suggests the Electoral College is undemocratic, and an amendment to the Constitution is needed. The writer doesn’t understand all the people are part of the “one man one vote,” principle under our Constitution. If this change was to occur, 3 or 4 states would elect candidates in national elections.
I think our Constitution was written with the idea some states would have a much greater population than others. To be fair, the Electoral College was created. Which also makes one realize it is a living document. Our forefathers predictions were spot on.
