The difference

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, since 1996 the prices of TVs, software, toys, and cellphone service have come down substantially. During the same period, the prices of new cars, household furnishings and clothing all kept pace with inflation, while health care, child care, textbooks and college tuition have increased between 100% and 200%. Can you guess which ones have seen the most government involvement during that time?
