Human’s or God’s way
With all the problems of the world, ISIS, North Korea, Hurricane Harvey, wild fires in California, Ferguson, Charlottesville, police haters, protesters, Hurricane Irma warming up in the bullpen, Republicans vs. Democrats, why is it so hard for the “smartest animal” alive on Earth to live in peace?
Science and technology haven’t been successful, if anything it seems to have drawn us nearer to destruction. Education should be the key – as God said, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” (Hosea 4;6) except knowledge given to people’s minds today doesn’t seem to produce lasting happiness or peace.
Hosea makes it clear that missing knowledge is about God and His laws. (Hosea 4:6 -10). Education today ignores and ridicules any spiritual knowledge and the belief in God. The human is seen as survival of the fittest of all living beings, the active principle of life, how can we expect anything but selfishness and warmongering?
Humans think they know everything about everything – so how can we expect anything more than greed and materialism?
When children are given whatever they want and are never told “No,” and have no real guidance by spiritual mature and wise parents, how then can future generations be truly prepared for life?
At the same time haven’t wars and terrorism been “started” in the name of religion.
God is our Creator – His way has not really been fully tried or accepted.
Haven’t we had enough of everyone doing it “their way”? Maybe before it’s too late, we ought to give God’s way a try.
