I can’t figure out how anyone can decide what a person should do with his own property. This is the second time I’ve seen an article about Mr. Logue, owner of the former YMCA, being told he cannot do with his property what he wants to. In the last article it even stated that nothing was ever said during it’s renovations and expansions over the years, why now? I’ve seen other buildings over the years that should have been saved and the “Y” was not one of them.

They need to just leave Mr. Logue alone and let him do what he wants to do, if not let them buy it for a fair market value and do with it what they may.
