Traffic advice
I hope that when considering the traffic signals for the new “Gateway” in the city someone takes note of the “walk light” that the city of Wellsboro uses. The last 15 seconds of the light is counted down with numbers, allowing pedestrians to time their crossings.
That would have been a great help at Third and Maynard streets with all the Penn College traffic.
