Updated scribblings

Lots of things to think about right now, lots going on, let's see, first off, what is all this attention on who the next president is going to be? We still have a president in the white house who is busy trying to pass a budget that members of his own party say will make us more dependent on foreign oil. When is the national media going to get with the program and start focusing on the real issues at hand? Every day I hear that we are on the brink of recession, and the stock market continues to tank. I don't know about you, but that is more important to me right now than the battle between Barack and Hillary, or on the other side, between McCain, Romney and Huckabee. Personally, I think some of the best ideas have come from someone who doesn't have a chance, Ron Paul, but you don't see the national talking heads giving him any attention at all. At any rate, Pennsylvania's votes won't matter much when we finally do get a vote, in April. by then it should be all over and the nominees will be...my best guest Clinton and McCain. What do you think, and at this point, is it really the most important news of the day?
