More on the pre-existing condition

In a relatively recent blog I described the provisions in the health care reform package concerning the denial of health care coverage for "pre-existing conditions" as falling short. It is a point I want to expand upon.

Insurers will still be able to deny adults coverage for which they've already paid under the nebulous tomfoolery of "pre-existing conditions" until 2014, according to the Christian Science Monitor.
