| | What's Happening Here...April 23, 2010 - Sunny DayWell the cold, bitter winter is certainly on its way elsewhere and we are having some really nice weather. Selling newspapers is certainly friendlier in the warmer months. The economy seems to be on an upswing and your local stores are getting your attention through our ads. Things are brighter! Flowering shrubs and trees, daffodils & tulips add a blast of color too! We are undergoing some renovations here at the Sun. If you stop by to place an ad, order the paper, or see someone in the newsroom, you will notice the front office on the main floor is cordoned off for refurbishing. We are getting a facelift! Not changing the structure, just removing the wrinkles, so to speak. The Hepburn Street door is our temporary main entrance for several weeks of scraping, painting and carpeting. As they say – temporary inconvenience for a permanent improvement. Our first floor sales reps and customer service clerks are discovering the joys of close quarters. The upside is everyone is getting know each other better! We apologize for the inconvenience and will get back to business as usual as soon as possible. In the meantime – we are still open for business and look forward to seeing you.
