Montoursville-Loyalsock 2nd-inning update

7:13 p.m.: Gabe Noyalis appears to be settling in, working a 1-2-3 inning and striking out two. When the senior has his repetoire of pitches working he can be downright filthy.

7:14: Loyalsock is seeking its fourth straight win at Bowman Field after beating Wellsboro and Towanda in the district semifinals and championship here last year.

7:17: Jordan Powell continues swinging well, hitting an 0-2 single after going 1 for 2 with two RBI in the first game.

7:24: Montoursville pitcher Kolton Karschner does a nice job working out of a first and second, one-out jam with the top of Loyalsock's order batting. He records a three-pitch strikeout and induces an inning-ending groundout as Montoursville keeps it a one-run game.
