Woman accused of turning off neighbor’s heat
Amber Jean Fagles, 39, of 1916 Vesta Ave. irritated a tenant living upstairs when she allegedly played loud music and disconnected power fuses on Oct. 21, Old Lycoming Township police said. Police said they repeatedly were called to the residence and told Fagles to turn down her music. She is accused of taking the fuses, causing her unidentified upstairs neighbor to lose his apartment heating, police said. Fagles was charged with disorderly conduct and sent a summons to appear before District Judge James H. Sortman.

John Jacob Kropp, 53, of 80 Manley Lane is accused of pushing a hiker to the ground and pointing a handgun at him Nov. 2 in Armstrong Township, state police said.

Woolrich man held for attempted homicide
LOCK HAVEN — James Tobias, 76, of Woolrich, charged with multiple counts of attempted homicide in connection with a shootout with state troopers Nov. 4 at his home, will remain in prison on $2.
