This is just my opinion but I would suggest that the application for becoming any type of politican has just two questions on it.

1) Are you willing to consider corruption?

2) Do you like spending money?

As long as you say yes to both of those questions..you're pretty much in. Do we really need any more explanation of Ethics issues?

Our local reps Everettt & Rick need to focus on property tax reform,Property owners shouldn"t be the only ones paying union wages to build these schools where union workers can afford to put $6hr away for their retirement. Those of us paying the taxes need every dollar of our wage to actually survive, and every extra cent to pay these taxes.Overpaid union workers can retire at $600 a week. Archaic property taxes need reformed now.Non profits, pork filled contracts, punishment for improving your property, the whole system is archaic and unfair.

I do think Ethics is off course locally and at Fed level. Honesty is lacking - Bush was out of control according to Obama when he wanted to raise the debt level. Yet Obama continues to raise it time and again. Rendell left a fiscal mess and parades around on TV like he was a great leader. Whether its failed gun policy (fast and furious), tax and spend or drone strikes, our leaders aren't honest with themselves or the people. Political speach and pep rallys sound good, but honesty will win the day - one day.
