A request to the Sun-Gazette editorial staff: Could you please identify the name of the person or persons shown when you post a picture? Why you rarely do remains a mystery. As an example, I assume the picture in this particular piece shows Mr. D'Amato. But since almost nobody knows who Mr. D'Amato is (even though he did hold a knife to Cher's neck.......BTW, not a bad thing IMO), this picture might very well be of some guy named Kristen who owns the team.

The caption is there. If you double click the picture in the article, then it opens in a new window, complete with caption. I agree, though, it would be more convenient to just have it connected to the picture in the article.

Funny thing with this comment section. So many comments from folks that "don't know". Just like this time for instance, if you dont't know to click the photo before you slam the paper, how in the world do you log on here?

As to commenting directly to the article, if the Outlaws play indoors next year I will definitely see more games.

What a waste of money...why not bring something to the area that will benefit youth in the area. Hockey is not and never will be a school sport because they are cutting funding and it is hard enough to hold unto what sports the schools currently have, so it would have made more sense to open a soccer arena or another sport that would benefit the youth of this area.

I have not been to a game, because I'm not a fan of hockey. But, I know lots of people who have been and they really enjoyed themselves. Also, lots of those are younger folks who will stay loyal to the program if it continues. As for doing something for the kids, this is a for profit venture, not a charity. If you want an indoor soccer facility, build one. Ask the guy who had the dome how well that works. (There were other issues there, but I don't think they could charge enough to keep it going) The folks near Nothumberland have an expanded facility that is busy all the time. But that is a solid building without the problems of an inflated building.

@pinecr - Hockey is not the only option , recreationally, figure skating and general skating adds another component for people to do that is affordable and fun..
