ok so the government is fighting falling off a fiscal cliff, and doesnt know how usa will make it much more,, williamsport raises taxes a whole bunch, yet lyco co is going to PAYsomeone over a quarter million to look for funds that by the sounds of it arent even there??? really??? what the heck..what the govt needs to do is act like us laymen.. IF THE MONEY ISNT THERE YOU CANT SPEND IT ON STUFF...

How about the Commissioners save the $262,900 and look for the grants themselves. They them could use it towards something more useful. Do we really need all the solicitors/ attorneys at $100-$110 an hour? When the county already has one at $48,000 a year plus what they make at their law practice. Seems like alot of wasteful spending. Maybe the reason they need all these people and companies is so when the weather gets nice they came go play golf at the county's golf course. They probably call their golf outings business meetings though.
