jeff,, the subtitle says SEVENTH annual.. so unless you were in grade school SEVEN years ago THIS particular event was NOT held in our schools.. dah, we DID have gym and health class. most schools are required to at least have physical education.. i was talking about THIS EVENT that is only seven years in the making.. i graduated over 20 years ago and we did not have THIS EVENT... must read a little more in detail before bashing readers who know what they read

this would be a nice event to have, maybe at a smaller ratio, at schools in gym class several times a year, for ALL ages. growing up, i really didnt have someone teaching me how to exercise and eat right for health. of course, growing up in my day we didnt have all the knowledge we did. i really wish someone would have stepped in to drill this stuff into my head when i was younger because now i am very unhealthy. having this at schools would give children opportunity to learn this that may not have been able to get to the arena for this event. this is a great idea!!
