January 12, 2013

We are a nation of many guns leading to many mass killings. It looks like we need to be protected from ourselves, as we are our own worst enemies....

Are we talking about Gun Control or Governmental Operations? Because those are really two completely different things. The Government has never been and never will be 'wise' because they care about making money for themselves, not for the American People.

You are actually afraid of some geezer with a flag button? Either you lie or you're a bit off.

Time will tell guys. The American people want something done. It will get done, some won't like it but that is too bad. Take it to court and see what happens. And yes some factions of the NRA do scare me. Just like those old people that have American flag buttons all over them. I see them and I cross the street.

Rick- What is it about the NRA that scares you? Is it the Hunters Safety and Gun Safety courses or just the fact that they protect our Second Amendment rights. Are they really more dangerous than the SEIU union thugs? Aren't you upset because the public sector union bosses frequent the White House and their "members" get away with beating up a black person just because he's a conservative? Three white men beat a black man and nothing happened! Tell me when a similar event happened with NRA members. Your making a "boogie man" out of a growing organization that promotes gun rights and gun safety shows your prejudice against freedom in America. You, like Obama and his treasonous com-padres, seem to think the Constitution is a "flawed document" too.

Hey Rick, The NRA is defending the Constitution. Why should someone stand up to them? They do not advocate murder. In fact, they lobby for tougher gun laws, but only those that punish people for using them to commit crimes. You probably didn't know that because it isn't ever reported. You see, it doesn't fit the narative that the NRA wants kids to be killed. It's all about our Constitutional rights. Are you for them or against them?

I see the NRA did not like what they heard from Biden and pouted like a little kid. Too bad, they lose. About time people stand up to this group.

not only can't they balance the budget, they are to have a budget by law and they don't do that on purpose. The President submited one last year that wasn't even supported by any of his party it was purposely so wacky. They don't follow the law in spirit and intention. Shame on them and shame on we the people for failing to hold them accountable.

Mr. Ebner - Please show evidence that supports your first sentence. Seems to me that the mass killings you claim are the result of being a nation of many guns occur in places where nobody is allowed to have a gun, and are therefore defenseless.

How many people have been protected by a "Gun Free Zone" sign anyway?
