Why would residents be fearful for their safety when they have been told that the crime rate in Williamsport is down? Residents deserve the truth.

@jeff33 -- Yep. A guy gets killed and the cops should wait until their 8-hour day begins to come in? Or, firemen should just simply walk off the scene of a house fire because their shift is over. Better yet, let's violate state and federal labor laws and refuse to pay overtime at all.
