Built a bigger prison and I heard the state wants to privatize the state system.

It'd be very interesting to see the (actual) break-down; percentage-wise...for WHAT reasons people are being confined.
Making the big "switch"...from allowing JUDGES to determine sentencing...to the present-day "John Wayne; lock-'em-ALL-up" mentality...doesn't seem to be working-out very well...unless the "target" was increased-$pending.
