pinecr, I guess it is a matter of perspective. I have talked with Everett several times on the issue and he seems to be working his hardest to balance the environmental concerns with the economic benefits. Perhaps your problem with him is that he does not share your position on the issue which I am sure I need not remind you, is not the only one folks around here have.

The problem with term limits is ... it will mean more on the retirement and after office benefits list that taxpayers pay for.

Don't buy into what Everett says. He is a Tom Corbett man and a gas industry loving man. I have talked with him many times and he keeps giving the same answer to every question, which is "I agree but what can we do?" He is a true politician.

He is for term limiting himself, he just didn't tell us how many terms he will limit himself to.

these people in these pictures look frustrated, mad and fed up. i think most of us are anymore with the govt. i appreciate everett saying hes a term limit person.. i agree, they all should have limits on terms. i agree also we should have the right to bear arms, where the govt needs to step in is none of the laymen need assult rifles and magazines. what possible need is there for that other than the armed forces. people should be allowed to own rifles if they are hunters.. to feed their family. this is where i am wrong, but i also dont see the need for hand guns. a lot of injuries and deaths, especially children, come from irresponsible hand gun owners. anyhow, good luck passing that bill apparently a lot of people are peed off that its even up for debate.
